Geographic Area Served

Clients must reside in Massachusetts and must attend one of VLS’s legal clinics for an in-person intake.  Cases must be in one of the following counties:

  • Essex
  • Middlesex
  • Norfolk
  • Plymouth
  • Suffolk

Clinic Scheduling Policy –  Dates for VLS’s legal clinics at the Chelsea Soldiers Home and Norfolk County Veterans Treatment Court are scheduled on a quarterly basis.

Weather Cancellation Policy – To ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, and clients, Veterans Legal Services does not hold clinic if Boston Public Schools are closed due to weather.
