VLS Releases New Study on Bad Paper Discharges

VLS, along with the Harvard Veterans Legal Clinic, WilmerHale, and OUTVETS, today released a new study: Turned Away – How VA Unlawfully Denies Health Care to Veterans with Bad Paper Discharges. This study received coverage in a Washington Post article and will be used to advocate for significant change.
